ULTIMATELY, DISHONEST DOCTORS, LAWYERS, AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH YESHIVA UNIVERSITY, OPERATING IN AN ORGANIZED CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY, HAD ME PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED AND ALMOST MURDERED AT  JERSEY CITY MEDICAL CENTER, AFTER North Bergen, New Jersey's DISHONEST MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE NINO FALCONE LIED TO A HOSPITAL !

BLAU WAS MY PROFESSOR, I DID NOT FAIL HIS CLASS [ INTRODUCTION TO CLINICAL MEDICINE, DEMONSTRATING IRREFUTABLY THAT JOHN SCARFONE LIED IN FEDERAL COURT ], HE IS A PSYCHIATRIST WITH OVER 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE, HE WAS AN EXPERT IN ONE COURT CASE, AND NOW, HE IS ACTING LIKE A GREAT BIG COWARD !  PICK UP THE PHONE, DR. BLAU, STOP WORRYING ABOUT YOUR UPPER-MIDDLE CLASS LIFE-STYLE, AND CALL THE LICENSING BOARDS, TURN IN YOUR DISHONEST COLLEAGUES, THEY ARE DANGEROUS TO OTHERS AND WILL HAVE THEIR LICENSES TO PRACTICE REVOKED.

DR. BLAU WILL WATCH HIS STUDENT STALKED THROUGH LIFE LIKE AN ANIMAL AND ALMOST MURDERED, BUT HE WON'T PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL THE LICENSING BOARDS TO PUT A  STOP TO HIS DISHONEST COLLEAGUES.

AS I EXPLAINED TO DETECTIVE RANAGHAN, 34 th precinct, WHILE I AM ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET A LUNCH MEETING WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE BAR ASSOCIATION, SO I CAN BRAG ABOUT MR. SINDONI DOING THIS GOOD WORK, WHAT DOES MR. SINDONI DO ?  HE STABS ME IN THE BACK BY DELIBERATELY OMITTING DOCUMENTS FROM MY COURT PAPERS, TO MAKE A 
"hole "  in my case, so Judge Fast can rule against me.  

Note:  How could North East New Jersey Legal Services have handled the appeal ?  What would they say to the appeals judge(s) ?  We lost Ms. Radin's case because we deliberately did not include information, notably, a New York statute?  Good job there, North East New Jersey Legal Services, it was more important to hurt me as an individual than to get protection for every tenant in the state of New Jersey and create a new source of revenue in the private sector for your brothers-and-sisters at the bar.

The 26 th police precinct does not dispute the FACTS, does not deny that John Scarfone, Associate General Counsel LIED, does not deny that as a Columbia University alumna I am being denied alumni services for which I paid, does not dispute that is the CRIME  of thief of service, does not dispute the FACT that based on Janice Bennett making up stories I am being barred from campus illegally, an ON-GOING CRIME, they are harassing me, but will not take my legitimate criminal complaints [ denial of equal protection of the law, and an open door to the international human rights community ] and mouth the words that Martin Bockstein, dishonest lawyer for Yeshiva University, puts in their mouths......."...its CIVIL...its CIVIL "; NOPE.  ITS CRIMINAL.

I WAS NEVER JANICE BENNETT'S PATIENT.   SHE NEVER TREATED ME FOR ANYTHING.  ROBIN PATTIN, M.D., was the CHEATER IN ANATOMY LAB [ insert here ].  COL. KEVIN C. "CROOKED JUDGES"

The case against Judge Nino Falcone:

From Nurses notes, 10/1/08 "she's being evicted today".
NOPE.
Judge Falcone and my landlords knew that was a lie; about a week before, we were in court and I got a waiver from Judge Fast.   There was no eviction, my landlords cashed my checks, as part of post-judgment relief, there was no eviction.  Angry and frustrated Judge Nino Falcone lied to Jersey City Medical Center.

From Nurses notes, 10/1/08, "threatened to blow up a school in Washington".   NOPE.  On a tape-recorded conversation from Riker's Island prison, Jeff Cox, a security liaison officer at the Pentagon confirmed that there were "no terrorist threats".   Debbie Simon, at the Hudson County prosecutor's office, freaked out.   I was never arrested and released in DC, either, that is another lie [ who was the arresting officer, name him, so I can press charges against him, get protective orders against him, and sue him for defamation, you can't, because this is a lie.
There was never a "plea baragin", Judge Moreira in Jersey lied.  I plead guilty to a minor traffic violation.  Show me the signed plea bargain, so I can press criminal charges for forgery, and get orders of protection, and sue for defamation, you can't, becasue this is another lie that was told about me ].  I was never "treated and released" at Jersey Ctiy Medical Center on 9/25/08 that is another lie.   Who is the doctor, who says that he treated me on this date, so I can press charges against him, get orders of protection against him, sue him, and take him in front of his licensing board for FRAUD ? !
There was never any follow-up visit at Jersey City Medical Center in December 2008, either, that is another lie. 
The records at Jersey City Medical Center are not bona fide, real medical records; they are wholesale FRAUD [ false statements of material fact, and deliberate omissions to create a false record, intentionally ].

10/2/08  "As per Stacy pt has been mailing threatening letters to Judge Rodriguez ".   Another lie.   Let's see them.   Publish them on the Internet, Judge Nesle A. Rodriguez so we all can see them, and their post-marked envelopes.   She can't.  They do not exist.  I never mailed threatening letters to Judge Rodriguez.  Judge Nino Falcone MAILED ME A THREATENING LETTER, that's how the propaganda works.   Judge Falcone threatened me in writing, and acted on his threats; he lied to Jersey City Medical Center after he lost against me.
