MR. SPIRO:  Yes, Judge.

          9                 First and foremost, the issue of the subpoena

         10       and the records, that order by Judge Simpson after

         11       talking to individuals associated with Einstein and taking

         12       a look at my notations was only for the period of 1997

         13       forward.


NO WHERE ON THIS SUBPOENA DOES IT STATE THAT IT "WAS ONLY FOR THE PERIOD OF 1997 FORWARD".
